Bouznika - Mohamed Nabil Benabdellah was reelected, General Secretary of the Party of Progress and Socialism (PPS) for a second term on Monday in Bouznika, near Casablanca.
Benabdellah was the sole candidate for re-election after the withdrawal of all its competitors in the race for the post of secretary general of the party.
The PPS, which is part of the Abdelilah Benkirane’s PJD-led coalition government, held its national congress from May 30th to June 2nd under the theme "Morocco institutions and social justice."
