Fez - The Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment announced on Tuesday that the third edition of Halieutis Exposition would serve as an opportunity to improve relations and institutional communication between Morocco and Spain.
The Halieutis Exposition which will take place in Agadir February 18-22 will dedicate its third edition to the fishing and aquaculture industries. This Exposition will provide a suitable occasion for the development of partnerships between Spanish enterprises and their Moroccan peers.
In order to reach the goals defined, the ministry will devote an area of 72 square meters for exhibition of Spanish maritime innovations and for meetings to promote the internationalization of marine products and expertise.
Within this framework, a roundtable will be organized to address the prospects of the fishing sector and coordination between Morocco and Spain in the domain of Fisheries and Aquaculture on February 19.
According to organizers, the Halieutis gallery is an essential mechanism for valuing and strengthening the fishing industry and a real platform to exchange ideas between the various national and international stakeholders.
The gallery is expected to host 300 national and international exhibitors and 60,000 visitors. The gallery has become a real reference in the fishing industry.
This year’s editions will include thematic seminars, bilateral meetings, workshops, and entertainment spaces.
