Rabat- King Mohammed VI is expected to visit Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, April 29th, news website Elaph reported.
The Moroccan monarch will travel to Saudi Arabia from Abu Dhabi where he will be attending the closing ceremony of the third edition of the Arab Family Award which named him "Personality of the Year for Family Cohesion".
According to the same source, the King will hold talks with King Salman bin Abdelaziz of Saudi Arabia on the latest developments of the situation in Yemen.
The Sovereign will also inquire on the Moroccan forces fighting alongside Saudi Arabia and its allies against Iran-backed Houthi rebels in the military operation codenamed Decisive Storm.
Mohammed VI is also expected to travel to the holy city of Mecca to perform Umrah, Elaph added.
