Morocco’s Hachim Mastour Among Europe’s Most Talented Young Footballers

Rabat - 17-year-old Morocco international Hachim Mastour has been chosen among the most talented young football players in Europe.

Nicknamed the "Moroccan Messi", the AC Milan player, who was signed for 500,000 euros from Reggiana, is incredibly skillful. The youngster made his international debut for Morocco on June 12th against Libya for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture.

Mastour’s outstanding performance has caught the attention of the continent’s heavyweights, including Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United. French sides Paris Saint-Germain and AS Monaco are also reported to be interested in Moroccan star Hachim Mastour.

Other promising young players expected to become the future stars of European football:

Youri Tielemans is a Belgian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Anderlecht in the Belgian top flight. The 18-year-old has always been linked with a move to one of Europe's top clubs. On 2 October 2013, Tielemans became the youngest Belgian player to play in the UEFA Champions League.

John Stones, 21, is an English footballer who plays for Everton. He began his career with Barnsley. He moved to Everton in 2013 for around £3 million. He is mainly a central defender but can also play as a right back. Stones made his international debut for England in 2014.

Pierre Højbjerg, 19, is a Danish footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. At the age of 17 and 251 days, he made his professional debut on 13 April 2013 in the Bundesliga against FC. Nurnberg and thus became the youngest player ever to play for the Bayern Munich first team in the Bundesliga.

Jordon Ibe, 19, is an English professional footballer who plays for Liverpool as a winger. He spent time on loan at Birmingham City and Derby County. He is expected to replace Raheem Sterling who joined Manchester City.

Breel-Donald Embolo, 18, is a Swiss professional footballer, who plays for Swiss side FC Basel. He plays as striker and midfielder. He scored 16 and made 12 assists in 37 games for Basel last season. Embolo is in the radar of the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool.

Patrick Bamford, 21, plays for Crystal Palace on loan from Chelsea. He joined Chelsea from Nottingham Forest for a fee of £1.5 million.

Anwar El Ghazi, 19, is one of Ajax's best players, scoring against the likes of Barcelona in the Champions League. El Ghazi has the skill, the ability and the speed that one day will help him become one of the future stars of European football.

Bernardo Silva, 20, is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for French side AS Monaco as a midfielder. He scored ten goals in 45 appearances for the French club last season and played a key role in helping Monaco advance to the Champions League quarter finals.
