Fez- King Mohammed will preside of the final of the FIFA Club World Cup, which will take place on Saturday and pits Bayern Munich against Morocco’s Raja of Casablanca.
Although the King’s attendance at the final was not initially scheduled, it seems that Raja’s historic qualification to the final of the tournament has prompted the Moroccan monarch to attend the match and lend morale support to Raja’s players.
Wednesday night, King Mohammed VI congratulated the coach of Raja of Casablanca, Mr. Faouzi Benzarti.
In a phone call immediately after Raja’s heroic win over Brazil’s Atletico Mineiro, the King congratulated the seasoned Tunisian coach and the players for their qualification to the final of the FIFA Club World Cup.
