Morocco ranked second most attractive African country for foreign investors in a recent study conducted by Ernst and Young, one of the largest professional service firms in the world, wrote daily La Vie Eco.
Morocco came second after South Africa on the list of the most captivating and strategic destinations for international investments.
The survey conducted by Ernst and Young was based on an analysis of international investments in Africa as well as an opinion poll distributed on 500 international business professionals. The questions in the distributed opinion poll centered on the potential of African countries in relation to international investments.
Twenty percent of the overall respondents cited Morocco among the three first strategic destinations for foreign entrepreneurs.
Eight percent of those responders ranked Morocco ‘number one’ destination in this regard, ahead of Egypt, Tunisia and Algeria.
