Rabat - Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale has reportedly thanked the Moroccan people for their hospitality, following Real Madrid’s victory in the FIFA Club World Cup in Morocco.
Gareth Bale, who helped Real Madrid win the Club World Cup after scoring the second goal against San Lorenzo in Marrakesh, stated that he has always dreamed of playing in the FIFA Club World Cup and win its title.
Gareth Bale also thanked the Moroccan people and Morocco’s Real Madrid fans for their hospitality.
"It is impressive to travel and around the world and see the way the fans welcome us. We are very grateful for that,” Bale stated.
Gareth Bale also expressed his happiness to be playing for the best team in the world. “It is an incredible feeling and I am also proud to represent Wales. I hope that 2015 goes well," he added.
It’s worth noting that Gareth Bale already expressed his gratitude to the Moroccans who were present at the Los Blancos semifinal match against Cruz Azul from Mexico on Tuesday.
