Rabat - Maroc Culture Association has announced the participation of Swedish DJ AVICII in the 14th edition of the Mawazine Rhytms of the World Festival. The electro house record producer will perform on Monday, June 1st, 2015 on the OLM Souissi in Rabat.
Tim Bergling, better known by his stage name AVICII, was born on 8 September 1989 in Stockholm, Sweden. He is one of the best DJs in the world at the moment. He has been nominated two times for a Grammy Award for his work on "Sunshine" with David Guetta in 2012 and for his song "Levels" in 2013.
Some of his most famous songs are "I Could Be the One" with Nicky Romero, "Wake Me Up", "You Make Me", "X You", "Hey Brother" and "Addicted to You."
The 14 edition of Mawazine Festival which is scheduled to take place between May 29th and June 6th, 2015 in Rabat will also see the participation of Akon, Usher, American Pop Rock band Maroon 5, English Alternative rock band Placebo and Nigerian duo P-Square.
