Rabat - The Société Nationale des Autoroutes du Maroc, Morocco's national authority for the management of motorways, recorded a deficit of 500 million Dirhams in 2014.
Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM) revenues were up 2.2 per cent year-over-year, at 2.2 billion Dirhams, according to the company.
In 2014, overall vehicle traffic in Morocco's motorways was 17.6 million vehicles per day, a 2.3 per cent increase on 2013 levels.
ADM said the Rabat-Casablanca motorway section is the busiest with a daily traffic of 52.579 vehicles.
