Rabat- Moroccan National beat Libya 1-0 on the first match of the African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The match, which was played in Adrar stadium in Agadir, was the first official appearance of the Moroccan team since September 2013.
After a disappointing first half of the match where the Moroccan players failed to display their skills and dominate their Libyan, the Atlas Lions managed to retake control of the match at the beginning of the second half.
The first and unique goal was scored at the 49th minute by Omar El Kadori after he received a pass from Malaga’s forward, Noureddine Amrabet.
One of the highlights of the match was when A.C. Milan player, Hachim Mastour made his first appearance with the Moroccan team at the 89th minute.
