Royal Air Maroc, the state-owned airline, ranked 14 on the list of “the 20 worst airlines in the world,” published by Business Insider, an American business and technology news website.

The list classified 20 international airlines based on the most terrible in-flight experiences, as rated by Skytrax, a United Kingdom-based aviation research organization.

Royal Air Maroc ranked 14 on the list with 46.5 out of 100.
