Rabat - La Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) has begun an organizational readjustment of its foresight pole, aligning with its new management platform.
A reengineering of business processes and its information systems has enabled “CDG” to upgrade its retirement factory. According to the Moroccan daily Al-Massaa newspaper, this upgrade is based on the highest standards of the global market.
This initiative comes with the implementation of the "Oufoq 2015" (Horizon 2015) strategic plan, through which the CDG aims to play a major role in Moroccan development. It also seeks to make the company a reference manager in the Middle East and North Africa.
The CDG foresight pole, therefore, acquires strategic levers to ensure effective management plans and current and future welfare funds for pension reform in Morocco.
The administration will be responsible for managing CDG pension activity, leading the management processes, and representing funds and schemes managed vis-à-vis partners.
